Roster Lab was built from a passion for sports, team culture, and great design.

After years of coaching youth sports and helping create uniforms for my own teams, it became clear that many programs were forced to choose from the same generic templates and limited design options. Players wanted gear that felt unique. Teams wanted an identity they could be proud of. Too often, those options simply didn't exist.

What started as designing uniforms for the teams I coached quickly turned into something bigger. As players, parents, and coaches responded to the designs, I realized that custom apparel could be more than just uniforms. It could help create excitement, build team identity, and bring people together around a shared brand and culture.
